About the Role:
- Oversee all culinary operations for 3 restaurants, each offering unique dining experiences, including fine dining and a seafood grill.
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage both volume dining and large-scale banqueting operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Use your expertise in seafood grill and fine dining to create innovative, seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients.
- Develop junior chefs through training, mentoring, and strong operational control over kitchen processes.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive success across all outlets.
