The Newsroom is a bustling bar known for its contemporary menu and enticing cocktails, while Jackson The Tailor offers a unique piano bar experience. We're seeking a Head Chef who is passionate about food, dedicated to delivering top-notch dining, and excited to craft seasonal menus that align with our reputation for quality.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the kitchen team to maintain high standards in efficiency and quality.
• Develop seasonal menu ideas that showcase your culinary creativity.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, dish costing, and purchasing.
• Passion for delivering exceptional dishes with creativity and consistency.
• Leadership skills to inspire and develop your team.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring GP targets and wage costs are met.

Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

Basic Pay:Negotiable, from £35,000 per year

Additional Pay:Achievable quarterly bonus, tips and service charges

Expected schedule:8-10 hour shifts, weekend availability
