Senior Events Chef
The Edinburgh Catering Company is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Events Chef to work in our prep kitchen and onsite at events. Our large, modern kitchen is located at South Gyle. We deliver food from here, and work at venues across Edinburgh, Glasgow, East Lothian, Borders and Fife.
We are currently looking to grow our kitchen brigade and are looking for a Senior Events Chef who has a minimum of six years kitchen experience and looking to take their career to the next level. Joining a great team delivering excellent food and customer service to a wide range of clients.
We are close to bus and tram links and parking is available.
Pay and Benefits
We are between £34k and £38k for the right candidate, based on 45 hours

Working with the Head Chef we are looking for you to follow instruction but also be confident to manage and lead a small team when in unit or when sending events off site.

Key Requirements
A minimum of 6 years professional cooking experience.
Full training given on all aspects of Food Safety and Health and Safety
Be hardworking and a team-player.
Motivated to deliver the best they can and taking pride is their work.
Experience across all sections.
