Salary: £32,000 (£44k including tips, excluding K.P.I. bonus)
Hours per Week: 45 hours
Schedule: 4-day work week

They are seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their well-established team in a fast-paced environment. With a menu of 90% fresh produce, Mis en Place is key to running the service efficiently. Being a great organiser and keeping your head in a fast-paced environment is a must. This role offers great opportunities for growth and learning within a supportive environment.
