SRG are working with an exciting biotechnology company to help them find an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to join the team.

The Role:
This role will support assay development activities (primarily ELISA's), validation and technical transfer of these methods to the QC department.
- Support complex ELISA development projects and their progression through Validation
- Perform replacement of ELISA reagents for established methods in accordance with Change Control documentation
- Apply specialist technical knowledge training for other members of the team
- Support the successful technical transfer of projects from development to QC where required
- Prepare quality and project specific documentation to a high standard e.g. SOPs, protocols/reports
- Ensure stock levels are maintained within the Assay Development laboratory
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in relevant scientific discipline
- Experience in performing and troubleshooting assays (ELISA) is essential
- Experience in preparation/review of documentation such as SOPs, protocols and reports
- Knowledge of Assay Validation in accordance with ICH guidelines
- Experience of technical transfer
