The Company
A leading UK-based outsourcing provider is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join their expanding commercial team. The organisation delivers high-quality customer experience and contact centre services to some of the UKs most recognisable brands across financial services, utilities, insurance, telecoms, and other regulated industries.

The Role
This is a senior-level sales position, responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and securing complex outsourcing deals, typically valued between £5M and £10M+. The sales cycle is strategic and consultative, often involving formal tender/RFP processes, multiple stakeholder groups, and a tailored, solution-led approach.
You will work closely with internal teams across operations, commercial, legal, and delivery to design and present compelling BPO solutions that solve critical customer service challenges.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Driving new logo acquisition across targeted enterprise sectors
- Managing 612 month+ sales cycles, including RFI/RFP responses
- Leading solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal delivery and operations teams
- Supporting and mentoring an SDR to build pipeline and drive top-of-funnel activity
- Accurately forecasting pipeline, activity, and deal progression
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned enterprise sales professional with a successful track record of winning high-value, complex B2B deals. You will be strategic, resilient, and comfortable operating at senior levels within large client organisations.BPO/Outsourcing experience would be an added benefit.
