We are currently looking for individuals with experience providing good customer service to join our client as a Client Relations Manager.

The Role:

This position is based in Edinburgh on a fixed term contract, working 35 hours per week, core hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm on a rota basis, with a salary range of £29,000-£30,000.

You will play an integral role in working closely with both new and existing adviser firms. Your exceptional service will ensure customers are at the heart of everything you do. By managing your portfolio of adviser partners and working with people across the company you will be able to achieve the best result for customers and allow queries to be dealt with efficiently.
