As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer you'll be working on a variety of ground investigation projects both on site and in the office, receiving expert training in the process. You'll be overseeing ground investigations, borehole logging and coring, soil sampling, factual and interpretive report writing, complying with health and safety practices and liaising with team members.

To be considered for this Graduate Geotechnical Engineer position you should:

  • Have a degree in a relevant subject, for example geology, geotechnical engineering or civil engineering.
  • Have a keenness to develop skills and work in all environments outdoors.
  • Live commutable to Edinburgh.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (travelling to site will be essential).
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
