Are you looking for a project-based role where you can make a significant contribution?


Head Resourcing are currently working with a well known non-profit as they look to add a talented infrastructure engineer to their project team. The successful candidate will have worked on end-to-end system implementations, ideally at an enterprise scale, and be comfortable with technical hands on work as well as creating / maintaining technical documentation.


What you'll be doing:
* Endpoint & Cloud Management: Oversee Endpoint Management and Microsoft Azure environment for EPOS, ensuring security, maintenance, and performance.
* Security & Compliance: Manage threat protection, data security (MDM Intune), and adhere to IT governance and change management processes.
* Project & Implementation Support: Assist in EPOS solution delivery, including implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
* Technical Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance on infrastructure design and influence key stakeholders on architectural and technical decisions.
* Documentation & Process Management: Create, execute, and maintain documentation to ensure security, resilience, and performance requirements are met for EPOS solutions.


Skills:
* Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune
* Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Entra, M365, and associated technologies
* Must be able to demonstrate ability to create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution diagrams and configuration guides
* Understanding of end-to-end cloud infrastructure delivery
* Experience with end-to-end system implementation project work

Nice to have:
* Experience with EPOS is highly desirable
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics

This role will involve some travel to our client's head office in Edinburgh for meetings.
