As an M&E BIM Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and management of detailed 3D models for mechanical and electrical services. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of M&E systems into complex building designs, thereby influencing the success of construction projects across a diverse range of sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of BIM methodologies and have a proven track record in M&E services within the construction industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential, as is the ability to produce precise technical drawings and data-rich models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for M&E services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and project alignment.
  • Provide technical support and insight during all project phases.
  • Ensure BIM standards, quality control, and best practices are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills & Experience:
