Join a leading contractor specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, heating, plumbing, fire, and security systems. We're seeking a Fire & Security Systems Service Engineer to become an essential part of our team in Edinburgh!

Your Role:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on fire detection systems, security alarms, emergency lighting, access controls, CCTV systems, and more
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and fault resolution
  • Collaborate with customers and work closely with the sales, admin, and operations teams
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in servicing fire and security systems across domestic and commercial environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 or time-served equivalent
    • 17th/18th Edition Electrical Qualification
    • Familiarity with systems from manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced Electronics, HAES, Kentec, Apollo, Honeywell, Hikvision, and more
  • A clean, valid UK driving license
  • A self-motivated, adaptable team player with a customer-focused attitude
