Morris Sinclair are delighted to be working with a growing MSP based centrally in Edinburgh. Our client is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join them and be the escalation point for the service desk. As well as this you will have experience working in a client facing role, as now and then you will work on client site and do client visits. This role will suit someone who has already had a good amount of exposure on an IT Service Desk or in an MSP somewhere else. It is essential you have the following experience:

Windows Desktop Support
Office 365 Administration
MDM – Intune
OneDrive, SharePoint
Basic Networking
