Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive professional to lead our clients B2B business development strategy. As the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing partnerships with organisations that value accessibility and inclusivity. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while building the foundation of our B2B operations, with the potential to grow into a leadership position as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive B2B business growth.
- Identify and secure partnerships with organisations across various industries.
- Negotiate contracts: Initiating proposals, managing discussions, and closing deals to secure long-term partnerships.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to establish long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and materials tailored for B2B audiences.
- Represent business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote their brand.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and strategic recommendations to the Chief Growth Officer.
