Initial Training and Onboarding: The first 1 month will be conducted in-person at our office to facilitate effective training and integration into our team.

Long-term Hybrid Working: Following the initial training period, employees may be required to work from the office on occasion. This allows for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.

Job Overview:As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be a key player in our newly-formed, dynamic sales team. Your role will be crucial in fostering an engaging environment for customers and driving the sustainable growth of our customer base. You will spend your time contacting prospective customers, primarily through outbound calls, with the goal of converting them into verified hosts. This role is essential to the strategic growth plans of Travelnest, where you’ll support prospective customers throughout their sign-up journey.

Experience: We seek highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of converting prospective customer lists into confirmed customers.

Curiosity: You are naturally inquisitive, eager to learn, and excel at understanding customer needs, spotting trends, and finding process efficiencies.

Independant: We value those who have a history of managing their own schedules and sales leads to achieve positive results.

Target-Focused: You thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.

Cooperative: You have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a sales team, and an outgoing personality who enjoys engaging with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend how our products and services can meet those needs.
  • Manage your own calendar, schedule calls with prospects, and drive productivity to meet daily sales targets.
  • Take full ownership of customer sign-up experiences, ensuring growth in our customer base and setting customers up for long-term success.
  • Provide expert advice and support to maximize the likelihood of a sale.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve tasks across multiple work streams while consistently meeting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in customer sales, particularly in the technology sector, is a plus.
  • A dedicated and comfortable home workspace with reliable, high-quality WiFi.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.

Shift Pattern: Advisors must be available to work Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 - 20:00. Current shifts involve working every second Saturday and one late shift per week.
