Communications Planning Manager / Senior ManagerLocation: Edinburgh Central (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Communications Planning Manager / Senior Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Communications Planning department, you will take a leading role in delivering exceptional media solutions for our clients.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing large client accounts, and is eager to take on a senior role with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, leading accounts independently, mentoring junior staff, and managing the planning and delivery of media strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead media planning and buying efforts for non-broadcast channels (including digital and OOH)
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges and delivering innovative media solutions
  • Utilise key planning tools such as Touchpoints, Ad Intel, TGI, and YouGov Profiles to inform media strategies
  • Create and present media schedules, campaign proposals, and performance reports to clients
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with media owners, ensuring successful negotiations and bookings
  • Ensure seamless campaign delivery while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a media agency, client-side, or media owner role
  • A strong understanding of both digital and broadcast media channels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and confidently to clients
