Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedElectrical Supervisorto oversee electrical installations and operations on a large-scale commercial project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical teams, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Oversee electrical installation and maintenance activities, including wiring, panel installation, lighting, and power distribution systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the project manager to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize project delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained.
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Lead by example, motivating the team to meet performance targets and uphold quality.

Qualifications:

• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in commercial or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
