Join them and contribute to their continued success while advancing your career in a supportive and forward-thinking company.Your New RoleThis role is for a Senior Site Manager - Structures - on a 2 year long £25M project in the heart of Edinburgh. They are building a 250 bed student accommodation building using RC frame.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and logistics strategies to ensure efficient execution and timely completion.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards and project specifications.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
  • Oversee complex logistics, including the coordination of deliveries, site access, and material handling to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise the construction of the RC frame and ensure all structural elements are built to specification.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you should have:

  • Willingness to relocate to Scotland
  • MUST HAVE- Extensive knowledge of RC frames.
  • MUST HAVE- Project based experience with multi storey developments.
  • Previous experience with Build to Rents (especially student accommodation) a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid etc.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
