The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, liaising with contractors, regulatory bodies, and clients. You will manage project lifecycles from planning to completion while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and HSE compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to sites when required.
Desirable:
- Experience with sustainability-focused projects.
- Professional certification such as CIOB or PRINCE2.
