Requirements:
- Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.

Desirables:
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Familiarity with Lean practices.
