The right candidate will be motivated to oversee a wide range of intriguing luxury projects throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.

This is a well-established construction and architectural company with vast experience in luxury residential new build. This is an exciting time to join a growing and expanding company who require a highly motivated individual, who has the desire and ability to get the job done with no half measures. As the company expands, they are looking to bring in another contracts manager to oversee projects.

This role is focused on maintaining high standards of work on site, ensuring effective communication with clients, and supporting the site foreman. You will act as the primary point of contact between the site and the client, ensuring that the client is satisfied with the work being carried out. You will work closely with the site foreman, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that all site operations run smoothly.

To be considered for this role you must have strong organizational skills, a background in management and joinery, and an understanding of residential construction.
