Your new companyHays are delighted to be partnering with a well known organisation within the financial services sector who are looking to appoint a Capability Consultant on a permanent basis. This role could be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.Your new roleIn this role you will play a key role in supporting the People Team and wider organisation strategy, working closely with Learning Design and Learning Operations teams to deliver a wide range of learning sessions and make every colleague's onboarding and development journey a positive experience. You will be involved in diverse and interesting projects that keep things fresh and exciting and deliver and evaluate learning experiences that make a real impact. Enjoy the freedom of a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to work across various sites on a variety of exciting learning products and initiatives.What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong facilitation: track record of delivering learning programmes/Inductions that inspire and motivate, facilitating face to face and on-line engaging workshops, and bringing out the best in large, diverse groups.
  • Coaching: Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure continuous improvement, with great interpersonal skills.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Decision Maker: Confident in making decisions and solving challenges effectively.
  • Organised Planner: Take initiative to plan and prioritise to meet business needs.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs.
  • Relationships: Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick on your feet, whether delivering face-to-face or virtual learning.
