- Design and develop engaging digital learning content using authoring tools
- Create interactive e-learning modules, animations, videos, quizzes, and infographics to enhance the learning experience.
- Work with learning management systems (LMS) to publish and manage online learning content.
- Convert traditional face-to-face training materials into blended and fully digital learning solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into engaging, learner-friendly digital content.
- Ensure digital learning solutions are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices in UX/UI design.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and continuously improve them based on learner feedback and analytics.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in e-learning, instructional design, and emerging learning technologies.
- Have experience in digital learning design and development, ideally within a corporate, public sector, or educational setting.
- Are proficient in using e-learning authoring tools
- Have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Are confident working with multimedia tools to create engaging videos, animations, and graphics.
- Have experience working with learning management systems (LMS) to upload, track, and report on learning content.
- Are creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work with different teams across the organisation.
