This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital learning within the organisation, ensuring the workforce has access to engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.Location - Central EdinburghHours - 36 hours a week, Monday - FridayDuration - temporaryPay - £17.04 per hourImmediate startAbout the RoleAs a Digital Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive, high-quality digital learning content that meets the diverse needs of employees. Working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external partners, you will create innovative learning solutions that support staff development and drive organisational performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging digital learning content using authoring tools
  • Create interactive e-learning modules, animations, videos, quizzes, and infographics to enhance the learning experience.
  • Work with learning management systems (LMS) to publish and manage online learning content.
  • Convert traditional face-to-face training materials into blended and fully digital learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into engaging, learner-friendly digital content.
  • Ensure digital learning solutions are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and continuously improve them based on learner feedback and analytics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in e-learning, instructional design, and emerging learning technologies.
