Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller on behalf of a leading Law Firm based in Edinburgh.

Our client is able to offer hybrid work arrangements of 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage allocation of accounts for efficient debt collection
Build relationships with key clients to ensure efficient processes
Ensure you offer a high level of customer service to clients
Chase overdue debtors in accordance with internal procedures
Monito monthly payment plans and ensure allocation accordingly
Take payments via online card portal
Maintain the Credit Control email inbox
Oversee junior team members, allocating workload accordingly
Track KPIs and produce regular reports for senior management

Desirables

Credit control experience within a Law Firm is desirable but not essential
Excel skills to include VLOOKUPs / Pivot Tables
