As a Contact/Call Centre Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client service. In this hybrid working arrangement, you will be based in the office three days a week and work from home for two days, following normal office hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Your daily tasks will involve handling shareholder queries via phone, email, letter, or webchat, with 80% of your role being phone-based. You will also investigate cases, place telephone trades, and provide technical support and assistance to shareholders. Accuracy, efficiency, and a professional attitude are vital as you deliver fast and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to shareholder queries via phone, email, letter, or webchat.
  • Placing telephone trades and assisting with shareholder accounts.
  • Investigating errors and resolving issues in shareholder accounts.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Ensuring the quality and completion of your own work.
  • Reviewing open items daily for follow-up and closure.

Required Skills:

  • High school/secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or client service role.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
