Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading financial services provider to support with the recruitment of several Customer Service Call Agents. This is a full-time opportunity (Monday-Friday 9 till 5, 35 hours) for a period of 6 months - initially.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support across phone and digital channels.
  • Make outbound calls to assist clients with processing requests, updating information, and providing guidance.
  • Transition to handling inbound inquiries, addressing a variety of customer needs.
  • Actively listen and respond to customer questions with expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellent service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and digital advancements to provide innovative solutions.
  • Advocate for the customer by identifying trends, offering feedback, and contributing to service improvements.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
