As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be part of reaching new customers through warm leads, inbound and outbound calls to upsell and provide the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Advisor:

  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations about our ultra-fast, reliable full-fibre broadband service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both inbound and outbound customers, promoting our services and packages.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, providing accurate product knowledge and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Tailor your sales approach to meet diverse customer needs, offering customized solutions.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, driving performance to exceed targets and earn uncapped commissions.
  • Deliver exceptional, jargon-free customer support and guidance.

Key Skills & Qualifications the Customer Sales Advisor will have:
