You will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients' customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients via telephone
  • Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as required
  • Updating and maintaining customer records in the system
  • Contributing to team targets and KPIs
Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanour
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
