Your responsibilities will include:

Taking incoming calls from a wide range of professionals and individuals
Handling enquiries of a highly sensitive nature
Making detailed file notes
Referring customers to other services as required
Providing valuable signposting to services
Arranging care packages

Requirements:Candidates should have previous experience in healthcare and/or customer service, possess a proactive and compassionate approach to their work, and be IT literate with strong computer skills.Extensive Training Provided:We understand the importance of being well-prepared to excel in your role.
