Your responsibilities will include:
  •  Taking incoming calls from a wide range of professionals and individuals
  •  Handling enquiries of a highly sensitive nature
  •  Making detailed file notes
  •  Referring customers to other services as required
  •  Providing valuable signposting to services
  •  Arranging care packages
Requirements:Candidates should have previous experience in healthcare and/or customer service, possess a proactive and compassionate approach to their work, and be IT literate with strong computer skills.Extensive Training Provided:We understand the importance of being well-prepared to excel in your role. That's why out client offers an extensive training period to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to provide the highest level of care and service.IT Literacy and Computer Skills:In addition to your caring nature, your confidence in using computer systems and IT tools will be a valuable asset in this role.
