  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites., the remainder working from home within a suitable environment. This will come into force after you are considered fully confident and compliant within the role
  • Duration - 6 months FTC , possibly an extension for a further 6 months dependent upon performance and business needs.

About this Opportunity

As a highly motivated individual, you will help deliver BCB's growth strategy by making it easier, faster, and safer for our customers to do business.

  • Providing a quality service to customers by supporting colleagues in their understanding of the account closure process.
  • Supporting the team by achieving key SLAs.
  • Supporting ownership of Closures process collateral, ensuring compliance and reviewing within prescribed timescales
  • Supporting in management of controls framework, looking for opportunities to automate and digitise
  • Developing your own personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.

What you'll need

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Attention to detail and a drive to promote Continuous Improvement activity
  • Problem solving/data analysis skills
  • Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary
  • Banking background is preferable but not essential as a solid customer service background who is both accurate and customer focused would still be considered.
