Salary: £26,500 | Potential to go permanent________________________________________What's the Opportunity?We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our clients dynamic Digital Channels Customer Service Team in Edinburgh as a Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our digital operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.

You'll work closely with senior colleagues and the team leader, handling a range of administrative tasks and engaging directly with valued customers. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering a first-class client experience, we'd love to hear from you. This role offers two days from home and three days in the office! ________________________________________What Will You Be Doing?* Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers - handling incoming calls and emails with confidence and clarity.* Manage client data with accuracy across various internal systems.* Handle all aspects of the client journey - from account opening to closure or transfer.* Monitor internal customer transfers, ISA subscriptions, and the movement of assets/cash between institutions.* Process transactions and documentation efficiently and securely.* Provide support for digital access - including setting up and assisting with our online client portals.* Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution.* Perform general record keeping and electronic filing to keep our operations running smoothly.________________________________________What Are We Looking For?Must-Have:* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.* Strong attention to detail - both written and numerical.* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.* Comfortable navigating intranet sites and web-based tools.* Previous financial experience.Nice-to-Have:* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.* Interest in pursuing relevant qualifications (fully supported by the client).________________________________________Why Join Us?You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where your development is a priority.* ??
