We are delighted to partner with one of our clients in the charity sector that specialise in supporting people with sight loss in their search for a Charities Customer Service Administrator.
This opportunity is excellent for someone with exceptional customer service and administration skills.
This is a full-time fully remote role which offers flexible working hours.
The Role
The Charities Customer Service Administrator serves as the primary contact for the charity's referral management, handling phone, email and message communications.
You will be responsible for managing referrals, inputting data into the CRM system and ensuring the efficient operation of service delivery.
Candidate Specification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Database experience - competent in using CRM systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - you will be on the phone frequently to customers
- Ability to work at a fast pace
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with people living with sight loss
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and needs of individuals with visual impairments
- Charity sector experience
