Customer Service Executive

Meraki Talent’s Financial Planning/Advice client are looking for a Client Service Executive to join their team in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IFA’s in managing client relationships, processing new business applications, gathering required documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Prepare client review packs, reports and presentations to ensure accurate and timely information is available for client meetings.
  • Making client Appointments
  • Typing up Client Factfinds
  • Ensure client data is accurate and up to date on the CRM system
  • Dealing with clients over the telephone and email
  • Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA guidelines

Background:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
