  • Guide customers through processes such as pension transfers, contributions, and withdrawals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide proactive and empathetic support to customers during potentially sensitive discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a telephony customer service role, ideally within pensions or financial services but this is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with pensions regulations and processes (preferred but not essential).
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
