Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer service adviser's.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

* Experience in team management or leadership roles, preferably in a call centre or Omni-channel contact centre.
