Job Title: Multilingual Customer Service Advisors
Location: Edinburgh
Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 7:00am - 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
Salary: £24,000 per annum
CCR Recruitment is actively seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals fluent in any of the following languages: German, Portuguese, Polish, Greek, Turkish, Spanish, French, Arabic, or Russian. As part of a diverse, dynamic, and supportive team, you’ll be delivering high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
As a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, primarily supporting travel-related inquiries. You’ll play a key role in resolving a wide range of customer issues with a compassionate and professional approach, ensuring every customer feels valued and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries across various channels, such as phone, chat, and email.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer questions, concerns, or complaints, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism when assisting customers with complex or sensitive issues.
- Keep up to date with company policies, products, promotions, and procedures to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to collaborative problem-solving.
- Support ongoing and ad hoc projects that enhance the customer service process or improve team performance.
