Position: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Working hours: Monday- Friday 08:00am - 5pm
Location: Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
Salary: £24,800 + £1,000

Whatyou’llneed
Customer service experience
Must be ?uent in German and English
Effective communication skills
GoodknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficesuite & Pro?cient typing abilities
Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations
