As part of a diverse, dynamic, and supportive team, you’ll be delivering high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

As a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, primarily supporting travel-related inquiries. You’ll play a key role in resolving a wide range of customer issues with a compassionate and professional approach, ensuring every customer feels valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries across various channels, such as phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer questions, concerns, or complaints, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
