About the RoleAs a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right storage solutions while ensuring smooth operations on-site. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage tasks efficiently will be essential to your success.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Interaction:
- Handle daily self-storage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Utilize various software systems for inquiry management and sales follow-up.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries (within 10 minutes).
- Follow structured processes for follow-ups and log results in the CRM system.
- Ensure customers have the appropriate Store Protection for their goods.
- Promote additional services such as premium storage rooms, removals, packing materials, and warehousing.
On-Site Support:
- Welcome and assist customers accessing the facility or setting up storage rooms.
- Verify and process customer documentation, including photo ID and proof of address.
- Provide facility tours, demonstrating the use of key fobs, trolleys, lifts, and storage spaces.
Other Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning and security checks to maintain a safe and tidy facility.
- Collaborate with team members at other locations as required.
- Proficiency in PC usage and software systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
