About the Role: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this clients brand's reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and social media. Full training will be provided to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of their product offers, ranges, and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Answering email enquiries with an email template
  • Providing customer service
