About the Role:Our client, well-established organisation in Queensland, is seeking a motivated and skilled full-time dentist to work across their two thriving clinics in town. You will be able to work across a 2-chair and a 3-chair practice, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing a dynamic and varied work environment. As one of only three practices in this thriving town, you can enjoy fully booked appointments with a loyal patient base, leading to excellent earning potential. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in treatment such as periodontics and endodontics. As there are no specialist dental services in town, you will handle a wide range of treatments, referring complex cases to the nearest cities of Townville or Mackay. Key Duties

Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Willingness to relocate to Australia
Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
Strong experience in general dentistry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
Experienced dentist with at least 3 to 5 years' experience
Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
