We are excited to be working with a market leading company who support their clients from a range of markets. They are looking for an experienced Cad Designer to join their temporary works team. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients from various market sectors, including Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, and Civil Infrastructure. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing temporary works solutions, and ensuring client success through close collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and submit concept design solutions.
- Conduct client meetings (usually via Teams) and site visits around the UK.
- Deliver CAD designs that meet client specifications.
- Provide quotes for the company systems designed.
- Work closely with the sales team to secure projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in Inventor / CAD or equivalent software
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Product design or manufacturing experience would be desirable
What's on offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from £34,000 to £40,000 per year, based on experience
- 30 days of leave including Bank Holidays
- Statutory pension
- Six-month probationary period
