This Cover Supervisor role will include:
- Engage students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) across a variety of subjects
- Support learning within the National Curriculum, ensuring high standards
- Uphold excellent behaviour management strategies
- Work closely with other Secondary Teachers to foster a positive learning environment
- Adapt lessons as needed to meet varied learning abilities and needs
Required Skills and Experience for this Cover Supervisor role:
- Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary school setting
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification
- Excellent subject knowledge across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Strong behaviour management skills for maintaining classroom order
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum standards
