Care Home ManagerEdinburgh£60,000 - £80,000 DOEWith already over 100 homes in the UK, my client are a growing organisation who pride themselves on their outstanding care services. They are looking for an experienced Home Manager who can support a well established team ensuring care standards are met, residents are catered to and ultimately taking leadership for a successful home. The role: You will be responsible for all day to day operations within the care home and use leadership skills to maintain and even improve standards where necessary.Key Responsibilities:*Use management and leadership skills to drive success within the team*Ensure a positive environment is maintained for both staff and resident*Meet all legal requirements and standards set by SSSC and Care Inspectorate*Financial management *Create and maintain relationships with residents, relatives, staff and external stakeholders*Maintain reputation of the home, making improvements where necessary Requirements*3 years' experience as a home manager*RGN with active pin*Budget management*Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation*Dementia care*Experience in being proactive to create new opportunities within the home *Strong independent and team work skills*Passion for careIf you would like to be part of a growing organisation dedicated to the care of it's residents, please click apply!
