Escape Recruitment are working in partnership with an award winning FM provider who have a new opportunity available to join their busy mobile maintenance team.
Why You'll Love This Role:
You'll be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, working across a range of locations in the all within the Edinburgh area. Joining an FM supplier who have an excellent reputation in the market and really invest in their workforce.
What You'll Do:
- PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs in commercial environments, meeting high standards and SLA requirements.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix electrical issues efficiently, ensuring sites run smoothly and customer satisfaction remains top priority.
- Client Interaction: Act as a professional face for the company, building strong relationships with clients and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Administrative Excellence: Keep paperwork up-to-date, submitting reports weekly to stay organised and compliant.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: City & Guilds/ SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition BS7671.
- Experience: Previous experience in PPM and reactive maintenance, ideally within a fast-paced FM environment.
- Driving & Compliance: Full UK driving license (max 6 points) and willingness to complete Disclosure Scotland.
