REM Electrician
- Annual Salary: £34,070 - £36,341with potential earnings up to £50,000
- Location: Edinburgh (travel to various locations)

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial properties, ensuring compliance and safety through your expert electrical services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Carry out Electrical Remedial works in both commercial and domestic properties, addressing C2, C3, and F/I defects from EICR reports.
- Respond to reactive callouts and maintenance tasks both during regular hours and out-of-hours (participation in call-out rota required).
- Engage in LED Lighting Replacement Projects.
- Complete all necessary administration including MWs, EICs, Customer Satisfaction Notes, and Quotes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 6 points, meeting insurance requirements.
- Qualified Electrician with SJIB / JIB Card.
- SVQ / NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- Proficient IT skills.
- Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications (desirable but not essential).
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- AM2 certification.
