Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a mobile maintenance electrician for a permanent position in Eastern Scotland, covering areas such as Edinburgh, Perth, Fife, and Dundee.
- The role offers a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- This position requires a minimum of experience in PPM and reactive maintenance, along with qualifications such as SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, and the 17th or 18th edition.
- The working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with an on-call schedule to be determined.
- A van will be provided for personal use, and candidates must possess excellent client-facing skills and a valid driving license.
Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week. On call TBA. Van supplied with personal use.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
