Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a mobile maintenance electrician for the East Central Belt Scotland area, covering various electrical maintenance contracts.
- The permanent position offers a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- The role involves a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, with on-call duties to be announced.
- Candidates must be qualified Electrical Engineers with SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, and have experience in PPM and reactive maintenance.
- A valid driving license and excellent client-facing skills are also required for this position.
Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week. On call TBA. Van supplied with personal use.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
