Sonic Summary
- We are looking for a mobile maintenance electrician in the East Central Belt Scotland area, including Edinburgh, Perth, Fife, and Dundee.
- This permanent position offers a salary of up to £41,400, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
- The role includes being on call 1 in 6 weeks, with standby pay of £115 plus overtime opportunities.
- Candidates must have a qualification as an Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2), 17th/18th edition certification, and previous experience in PPM and reactive maintenance.
- A valid driving license and excellent client-facing skills are also required for this position.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/ 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
