- We are seeking a mobile maintenance electrician for a permanent position in Eastern Scotland, covering areas such as Edinburgh, Perth, Fife, and Dundee.

- The position requires a qualified Electrical Engineer with SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, along with the 17th or 18th edition certification.
- Candidates should have previous experience in PPM and reactive maintenance, as well as excellent client-facing skills.
- The job involves a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with an on-call requirement and a van provided for personal use.
Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week. On call TBA. Van supplied with personal use.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
