Position: MobileMaintenance Electrician
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: 39000 per annum
Shift Work: 40hrs work week, slight flexibility in the daily hours if needed, on call 1 in 6, £100 standby
Holidays: 23 days including bank holidays
Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we have an exciting position for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
